Raw food dressing with the Personal Blender

Use tahini, ginger and honey to make a raw food dressing everyone will love – try out this raw food dressing today with the Personal Blender.

For the ginger and miso dressing, mix the following ingredients together in the Personal Blender:

50 ml raw tahini
50 ml water
50 ml lemon juice
2 teaspoons (10 ml) of fresh ginger
2 teaspoons (10 ml) of red or fermented miso (alternative: soy sauce)
1 teaspoon (5 ml) of honey (if desired)
1 drop of essential ginger oil (if desired)
