You can indulge yourself with raw food desserts in every season, even in winter – here is the recipe. Raw food desserts prepared with the Green Star Elite

Raw food ingredients:

• 4 frozen persimmons (kakis)
•  3 frozen bananas
• 1 fresh banana
• Cinnamon, nutmeg

Preparation and serving instructions for the Green Star Elite

1. It is best to freeze the fruit over night after removing all leaves and stalks and peeling the bananas.
2. Put all ingredients into the Green Star™ in turns and spice to taste with cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Serve immediately.

Freezing time: 12 hours
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Number of portions: 6-8 small bowls

Preparation tips

The fresh banana makes this sorbet a little softer than others. You can also leave out the fresh banana, or freeze the sorbet again for a while after preparation.
