How I started with raw food
“Anything but that ….”, I thought, when many years ago I first came across the raw food diet, which is so rich in vital substances.

Though it sounded very promising and logical, my preconception that uncooked meals quite simply couldn’t be enjoyable held me back from finding out more about raw food and natural food for a long time. But it wasn’t long before I was ready for a change, as were the times as well. I certainly had no intention of having a spartan diet of salad leaves
