Raw food head chef Melanie Holzheimer at www.aphrohdisia.de once again sweetened delighted visitors to the Veggie World trade fair in Wiesbaden with a never ending stream of new smoothie creations made with the Vitamix Mixer.

Given the massive demand for her raw food recipes and no less than 820 smoothies sold over the weekend of the show, we are delighted to report that raw food head chef Melanie Maria Holzheimer managed to jot them down on paper during the presentation, so that paradise can find a new home in your Vitamix Mixer too!

Raw food head chef Melanie Holzheimer is also well-known as the chef with the pink hat and apron to match and regularly does teaching work on gourmet raw food cuisine in Berlin, while demonstrating at the same time that a conscientious raw food diet can consist of much more than just baby carrots and lettuce leaves.

So when – thanks to the raw food recipes – you have finished your versatile breakfast smoothie and feel like a raw food lasagne with creamy, milk-free cashew cheese or spicy chickpea-free falafel with hummus, or want to get immersed in the world of Asian raw food cuisine with a fine avocado sushi, then the raw food courses offered by aphrohdisia are just the ticket!
