Raw food ingredients for the Personal Blender:

1 ripe persimmon
1⁄2 a handful (50 ml) of pumpkin seeds
2 soaked dried figs
1 banana
125 ml of the “fig water” (liquid in which you previously soaked the figs)
1⁄2 a teaspoon (2 ml) of cardamom (if desired)
2 drops of essential cinnamon oil (if desired)
